Gabby is great! She weighs slightly over 60 pounds and turned 9 months on Christmas day. We take her to the park and she chases a ball until she drops. Great fun!

Gabby is doing great. She just turned 5 months and weighs about 38 lbs. The Gabster is a bundle of energy, but usually blows it off at the dog park or on long walks. She sleeps on the floor next to our bed and gets up at 7:30 every day.

Her best friends are our grandchildren, Robert (15), Ella (8) and Gina (4) and the 6 month old german shepherd across the street. Robert’s 13 yr old chocolate lab finds her annoying, but she doesn’t notice. Gabby has very few faults – 2, to be exact. At this stage in her short, happy life, she finds chewing paper amazingly gratifying and, she shows complete submission to anyone entering our house. Minor stumbling blocks at most.

Gabby is much loved and is deliriously happy with her friends, her toys, her soccer ball and every plastic water bottle she can crunch.

Anyway, here are some pictures of her that I hope you enjoy. She carries the soccer ball around in her mouth. We kick it, she brings it back. She also loves chasing bubbles.

Gabby’s 1st week has been a whirlwind. She has grown considerably, although, until we compared pictures of her then and now, we didn’t really notice. She is housebreaking nicely, is learning her name, is a bundle of energy and is now waking up at 7:30AM after a wildly diverse week (6 AM, 5:15 AM, 6:30, 7:15 and several 7:30s). She’s doing great, is adjusting very well and seems to be quite happy and content.
